SHOP BY EASY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

Order cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
